Artisan Boutique Application
Vendor display times are from 12:00 pm- 3:00 pm. Luncheon and programming will be from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm. Vendors are welcome to sell products but must provide their own POS terminals/payment options. Any vendor selling food or beverages would require a special permit.

Cancellation Information
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Community Crew. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 60 business days before the scheduled event. A 25% refund will be granted if the request is received 30 days before the scheduled event. Partial refunds will only be granted if the request is received 30 days before the scheduled event date. Within 30 days, no refunds will apply.
Payment Information
Payment information must accompany the application form. Payments will only be processed once the staff reviews and approve the application. Before any payment processing, you will be contacted regarding acceptance into the boutique market. The cost is $50.00 plus HST to participate ($56.50 total). All fees are due in CAN Dollars and can be payable by check, credit card or electronic transfer to accounting@communitycrew.ca.

Terms & Conditions
I declare that I carry adequate liability and property insurance and assume full responsibility for any liability or damages I cause or that occur to or by me while on the Host property at the market. I agree to hold harmless Community Crew and its producers and the host property from any claims. I fully understand this application and the included cancellation, payment terms, and conditions. Upon Approval of the application to participate, Community Crew will connect to advise of acceptance and the next steps.
