We are always looking for fun and cost effective, yet nutritious ways to feed kids. And when we come across interesting ideas we love sharing them with our supporters!
As we approached our 100th day of physical distancing, Mike Strange and Victor Pietrangelo found a wonderful way to unite the community and really raise awareness and funds to support the children affected by food insecurity in our region. Not to mention challenging people within our community to take part by participating in different challenges, like 100 jacks for kids snacks, or 100 punches OR crunches for kids lunches! It truly was a wonderful way for all of us as a community to mark the 100th day of quarantine and celebrate the efforts we have all made together to flatten the curve.
